On 12/17/11 Instar Creations was referred to us by Fulton County Government as an excellent vendor. We were able to work with Sharmaine at our toy give-away and graduation ceremony for our 2011 graduating class. Due to the professional and quality service of the owner of Instar Creations we have had the ability to share our special moments and the achievement of our students with the world. Sharmaine gave us courteous service, remained in the background while capturing every single detail of the day, and dedicated her whole day to the event without any hesitation.
